First -- our house buy was a bit of a spur of the moment, last minute decision in a very contested and quick-sale market. Gina was always willing to work on the spur of the moment and into late hours to ensure that our bid was properly received and considered by the selling party. After the sale was agreed to, she worked to explore the title issues behind some beach rights including doing a lot of research (even if the seller should have done that) and acting as a strong advocate. She was attentive to every issue we raised. Even after closing, when it would have been reasonable for her to wind down, she helped in finalizing details of our lease and handling transition of the property (while we were away).

Gina was all over all the bumps we hit on this deal. Amazingly she made it all ok in the end. She was ready with the answers and options we had. It was easy to make decisions with the details she laid out. She was there for us at every step.

Gina’s excellence also continued in the process of selling our townhouse. First, Gina was able to arrange a set of renovations and responses to pre-inspection that I’m sure, paid off 2x fold or more. We know this because we had comparable townhouses in our neighborhood where we could see how Gina’s contributions added so much value compared to the inattentive realtors our houses seemed to have. Gina’s staging suggestions via her contact and pre-inspection recommendations also enhanced the house considerably.

Throughout our sale process, Gina was engaged and attentive, and took nearly all of the load of the process off of our shoulders. She had to deal with 40 or more realtors, 20 or more offers, and worked to cultivate the best offer candidates. She did so seamlessly. The ultimate result was well beyond what we expected coming into the process.

Gina was knowledgeable about all details about the process and helped to make us feel comfortable across these two hugely impactful transactions and transitions in our life, while also maximizing the value well in excess of any costs.
